I have exercised all of my life and trained with other professionals before I met Jenny King 8 years ago. Jenny is not only the finest trainer I have worked with but is also committed and knowable about all areas of personal wellbeing. Jenny knows what works and she knows how to tailor a program to a particular client’s needs or goals. I consider myself an athlete and after years of playing hard I have sustained particular injuries but that never stops Jenny from creating a challenging and focused session for me. Jenny is creative and she knows the body and how to work around any limitations. Even better, she knows techniques to reduce and eliminate those weaknesses. I train so that I can stay strong and keep doing the sports I love. Jenny’s focus on functional training has allowed me to become more fit now than I was when I was younger and much less likely to injure myself skiing or surfing.
