I hope today is wonderful for you , take that first positive step and eat clean, real, organic food. Remember preparation is a vital part to your future success. Some tips for preparation: 1: Shop predominantly in the produce aisle and buy organic meats, wild caught fish, organic vegetables and fruit. 2: Keep your kitchen stocked with healthy supplies so you minimize negative temptations. 3: Prepare your meals ahead of time so that you always know what goes into your body . Fast foods and deli foods or even take away food are usually full of chemicals and empty of nutrition. 4: Be consistent and eat small meals every 3-4 hours. 5: Avoid simple sugars, all processed food, most dairy except unsweetened yogurt, avoid all genetically modified non- food, and avoid transfats. 6: You must start reading labels. Remember that less ingredients is better and if you can't pronounce a word on the label, chances are its poison. Good luck with your journey and remember that I am here to help. Live and love well.
