Welcome to a New You with Jenny

So here it is. We are about to start Spring of 2015 and I am 53 years old; yet I feel like a 20 year old who happens to be writing my first blog ever!!! I want to take this opportunity to welcome you to jennyscorefitness.com. Use this spring as an opportunity to spring clean Yourself. I am here to help you do it.

I think of the body as a whole entity with 4 pillars- physical, mental, emotional and spiritual . These 4 pillars are all dependent on each other. For you to be healthy and whole you need to appreciate and take care of all 4 aspects. You need to understand that "Rome wasn't built in a day". The same goes for your body but you have to start somewhere.

Start by taking responsibility for what goes into your mouth. Make your food a priority and always eat as close to nature as possible. Food contributes to your physical well being . You really are what you eat.

I look forward to being a part of your healthy lifestyle journey and can't wait to share some tips with you that I have found to be beneficial in my life, helping me to stay strong, vital, youthful and happy!
